Kihon Kumite Ichi




This is the first in a series of instructional videos on Kihon Kumite or One Step Sparring.
The kihon kumite serve as an introductory set for the development of Uke- Zuki- Geri waza, Zanshin, Kime, Ashi sabaki and Tai sabaki.
